Registration fees

Welcome reception, lunch, coffee and the gala dinner are included in the registration fees.

Please put a comment in the registration form on the page 'Logistical information'

if you want to eat vegetarian.

^c Registration fees for accompanying persons and registered sponsors include reception, gala diner and concert.

^d Registration fees for an additional commercial representative include reception, gala diner lunch, coffee breaks and concert. 

Cancellation is possible in case of illness, accident or refused visa

Until August 1st inscription fees can be refunded (509€for Seniors and 327€ for Juniors) after deduction of 10% administration fees

After August 1st refunding requests will examined by the organizing comittee at the end of the congress and will be conditional on the event's budget being balanced.
